We are a social promotion association committed since 1997 to the fulfilment of LGBTQIA+ people through community-building activities, physical and mental health protection, anti-discrimination efforts, and training for healthcare and school staff.
Mission
Our mission is to create a fairer, more inclusive and aware society, where every LGBTQIA+ person can feel free, visible and protected. We do this by offering services, support, training, prevention and opportunities for socialising, celebrating differences and promoting a culture of rights that starts from the grassroots and is built every day, together.
Purpose and Vision
We promote rights, wellbeing and visibility of LGBTQIA+ people in the Padua area, countering every form of discrimination linked to sexual orientation, gender identity and self-expression. Through cultural, social, educational and wellbeing support activities, we build safe spaces, solidarity-based relationships and an intersectional community capable of generating real change and inclusion.
We envision a Padua where every person can live their identity and affectivity freely, without fear of discrimination, loneliness or exclusion. A city where differences are recognised as a value, a culture of rights is deeply rooted, and the LGBTQIA+ community is a driving force for social change. We fight for a present in which dignity, self-determination and equity are not privileges for the few, but a shared reality for all.
